For all you gamers waiting for the shoot em' up action game 25 to Life to be released in October, wait a little longer. Eidos has announced that the planned fall date will have to be postponed until sometime in 2006. This delay follows a review of the title being developed ny Avalanche Software. the plan on bringing it out on PC, Xbox, and PS2. 25 to Life is an action game where gamers take the role of either cops or robbers in an urban environment. The game offers a single player story line or a multi-player option.
Bill Gardner, CEO of US Publishing at Eidos stated " Following the recent management change and restructure, Eidos is able to reevaluate its calander of releases giving us the opportunity to make changes in the best interest of the business." He also mentioned, "It is in light of this review that we have decided to move the ship date for 25 to Life from October 2005 into next year. The publisher was not able to give a specific date, but they plan to finalize their schedule soon.
