I've seen some threads with rating stars before but, there seems to be no option to rate a thread, I don't know if it's just me or are admins the only ones who can rate threads? Or was it people abusing it in the past?

Please reply back. :)

I just rated this thread for its obviously need of a rating.

Above the thread, there is an orange/black bar and there you will find thee answer of your question :P

I'm almost 100% sure its a usergroup problem, luckily this is very easy to fix once I find out what usergroups can't rate. I will look into this within the day.

Probably has something to do with the merge. Permissions are probably screwed up on the back end not allowing you to rate because Im not a mod or admin (at the time?!) and I could rate it fine.
