Well, this is somewhat late, but I'm another Black-Mesa forum-goer!

I'm from the North-Eastern US, and I enjoy Classic Rock (YES being my favorite band), and I'm an admitted realism freak in games! lol

Aside from realisim, I'm also quite into most things related to Warhammer 40,000 (hence my sig and avatar).

He's not so much saying Aussies can't drink, as Irish people can drink more. Given the relative strenghts of the respective native alcoholic beverages, i would have to agree.
