Man this really pissed me off. Cant get DoD:Source for free unless you bought the silver or Gold Half-life 2 pack. Grrrr.
I'll buy DoD:Source anyways because I think it is a amazing game but still....doesnt make me any happier.

...they sure know how to make money!
I got Bronze since I really had no intentions of playing DoD:S to begin with (and anyone that PAYS for HL: Source is nuts)... it looks like a good game, but honestly I'm dead tired of WWII games.
The cool thing is that it'll support HDR, it'll be interesting to see how people accept HDR in a multiplayer game.
Some players could see it as an unfair disadvantage, since that "Iris effect" makes the scene dark when u go from a bright area to a dark area, or really bright when you go a dark area to a bright area (the equivilant of being flashbanged almost) in an attempt to simulate how the human eye adjusts to different exposures of light.

It's a decent game, but for that type of game play, BF1942 and BF2 holds my interest a lot more.
Plus I'm too lazy to purchase it :P (HL2 and CS:S are perfectly fine for me :D)

They already had security problems when it came to source code theft, and made many unhappy when HL2 came out and registration became a problem.
