Here's what it looks like :
http://common.ziffdavisinternet.com/util_get_image/11/0,1425,i=119660,00.jpg
And it's supposed to help remove some of the lag when gaming online :
Enter the Hawking Broadband Booster, which sits between your broadband connection (cable or DSL modem) and your router. The device uses DHCP, and consumes an IP address generated by your router. Mostly, you just leave it set to the auto-detect mode and let it run. Overall, it does have about the same effect in reducing lag when playing over the net as the DGL-4300, which is generally pretty good until you really start to saturate the network. So if you have four roommates all running Bittorrent, don't expect miracles.
Estimated retail price : $65
You can learn more about the Hawking Broadband Accelerator here (http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,1697,1885812,00.asp) and visit the HP of the company manufacturing it here (http://www.hawkingtech.com/index.php).
No, I haven't got one meself and I'm bot going to either...
