We need to see a picture of the cd key before we move it. You have not sent a pic of HL2 either.

Please provide us with a digital photo or scan of the original packaging with the CDKey in clear view. If this was a purchase made through Steam please confirm the name, expiration date, and last four digits of the card used to order. After verifying your proof of ownership we will be able to help you with your issue.

Wow, that sucks man. That sounds like the problem my cousin has, I still dunno what happened to him though. He just says his games are not there period.

Just scan the cd-key off the HL2 if you have the packaging and everything, it seems thats what hes asking for.

its also never good to get uppity with customer support or anybody you're trying to get service or help from, anywhere. Just makes things worse. Unless the guy is a dick to begin with.

really you think, I pay for the product I want my service, even though it takes like 2-3 days for them to reply I want it now. I don't know who you deal with but if you get uppity you get what you want quicker especially with companies like that.

The Customer is Alway Right.

PS. I did scan the image and sent it, they wanted me to send it twice cause they are dicks.

Doesn't appear valid to me. You're supposed to mail the REAL cd key to them. If in fact you're suppost to be talking to a valve customer service person, they don't appear to be doing their job.

Does petty bulls*** include a picture of the key registered to my account and a box to my left with the cd case and key in it? also they gave no reason to why my account was disabled, only reason i got my key back was because i stuffed my foot down their mouth and demanded my key back. If I didn't get it back or a reason to why my account was disabled I was going to file complaints and possibly sue them.

Sincerity doesn't work in the business world, being nice is like saying ok a chick has tits lets give her a free game back.

what you think they would do push me aside and give me free games? to stop me from taking them to court? or just go right ahead saying I was wrong and they win?, they cant win that fight i have the proof they have nothing but lazy customer support....now who did they just sign with EAGames, even worse support, sitting their talking to f***ing people that dont speak a word of english. For all i know some f***face at steam could of just started doing account disabling for the fun of it, I knew 5 people that had their accounts disabled in one month. How does this happen just out of the blue....power happy jacka**es obviously.

And Steam isnt like Circuit City where if the package hasnt been open you can still take it back, total different situation.

alright to end this....how many of you have paid somewhere around 90-100$ into a game with accounts and had them disabled for no reason at all?

How would you feel if it happened to you?

Well, my old steam accounts password was wrong. I knew it was correct too! I wrote the password down and it didn't work!

So I kindly took my game back to bestbuy and told them it wouldn't start when I put it in the disk tray becase the disc had an error on it. They believed my bs story and gave me a new copy and a new cd key.

I randomly got my account delete, no cheats, no rules broken.. just playing

I got b*tchy with a customer service person and got it back
