We need to see a picture of the cd key before we move it. You have not sent a pic of HL2 either.

Hello,
Please provide us with a digital photo or scan of the original packaging with the CDKey in clear view. If this was a purchase made through Steam please confirm the name, expiration date, and last four digits of the card used to order. After verifying your proof of ownership we will be able to help you with your issue.

Incident created due to reply to expired incident 050628-000228.
> I dont have a picture of the HL1 digital photo but i did get it off my friend cause he had a spare key from a product he purchased off of steam, but my HL2 key is valid, i have receipt and case package etc... so i would like it reactivated because i didnt break any of the rules that you have under T&C.
