The Draft

What did you guys think of the NFL Draft. For me, I was really anxious to see who Pittsburgh picked up in the first round. I was suprised when they traded up with the Giants. They ended up with WR Santonio Holmes. I figured they'd go either WR or RB. Reggie Bush going second did not shock me. Neither did, Leinart going 10th (or was it 11th?). All the teams before the Cardinals were not in need of a QB and he ended up with a team that needed one.

I don't even know what happened...Drafts are quite boring to me...I mean I don't watch college football so I haven't heard of any of those players but Leinart and Bush...and I know nothing about either of them anyway....

Soo....I hear on the radio the Ravens got a really good score on the draft so that's good...but in reality the draft wont have an effect for like four years anyway, because half the people will just sit the bench...


I did hear that that Leinart guy is now a product and not an athlete...According to the radio he lost 10 million by statying in school, but signed with CAA, a hollywood agency, and now he's going to make more money on advertisements than on any contract, just like Tiger Woods and Lebron James....That's sad :(

leinart went 10th... cutler went 11th... and drafts CAN have an impact the first year, but it really depends on who is drafted, the position they play, and the team's needs... and for alot of teams its gonna be more like 2 years...

the draft went pretty well as expected except for those bills and donte whitner...

the packers did decently well... got a couple of O lineman and AJ EFFING HAWK... sorry... but he's gonna rock...
