Hello Everyone,
In late February my partner and myself decided to suspend our gaming outlet Axis Play. A project that was in development for 3 years and only was open for one month. A lot of our original ideas where put on the back burner as several forces just seemed to work against us. Thus we felt it would be better to close down Axis Play for now as it wasn't heading in the direction we had set out.

Over our development time we had quite a decent following. Thus I have chosen GamerNode as the place where our users can come to, to still stay in touch with other members and still grow as a community.

Maybe someday down the road Axis Play can shine once again, however for now its best just to pursue other options. I am currently working on my own webcomic which will launch in just a few weeks. Entitled "InternetEmo", a comic about room mates who encounter experiences related to video games and the internet.

OMG! Like everyday afterwork the first thing I did when I got online was jump to Axisplay.com/forums...and then fell to my knees with a scream "nooooooooooo"

That was unexpected...I thought the forums would stay up until the switch??? When will the InternetEmo forums be up (or when do you expect them to be) and when is the expected launch date?

Because:

1- The thread died, it has served it's purpose...Any others that come can be welcomed in the introduce yourself thread..

2- He said something, and I questioned it, he replied... If you can't have that and everything has to stay dead onto the script that sucks... Though I do hate when things deviate too far... But I'm 90% sure that would have ended on that, and things would move on...or not...

Reminds me of 'all your base are belong to us' or whatever.. I am become death is incorrect....... Say it out loud :P I have become death would be correct, or I am becoming death, but not I am become death... MUAHAHAH

It's actually not grammatics. Repeat "I am become death" several times, and you'll find out that it's correct.

Of course I remember you! :) Did you get your computer working?Actually, I ended up giving that PC to my brother, because he wanted it. This led to my parents buying a notebok, which is the Acer Aspire 5000. Here are the specs: AMD Turion 64 ML-34 (1.8 Ghz), 100 GB HDD, 1GB DDR RAM, internal wireless, 15.4" WXGA LCD, and an integrated graphics card. Cost about $750 because we got a bunch of rebates as well as a free printer and wireless router. I won't have this notebook for long though; I will be getting a voodoo notebook in a few months and this one will be used by my parents.
