We use attachments which is essentially the same thing. However if our servers can't handle it than imageshack could be an option.

I just have another Firefox tab open for Imageshack so I don't really find it necessary to add it to this site. It is just as easy to go to Imageshack.

All it does is create an IFRAME (internal frame), which opens the ImageShack uploading website inside it. I was hoping for some sort of further integration, maybe an ability to associate uploading with a 'forum account', but we'll see.

Right now image attachments get the job done, though you can use ImageShack to upload it externally (I use it for all my images).
