Hey I have been looking for a good Photoshop alternative. I have been making avatars in Paint and would like Photoshop without needing to pay a lot of money for it. Anyone know a good and free alternative?

I actually tryed GIMP out but I didn't really like it but now i think i might try it again. And GIMP was originally made for Linux but it was also made for Windows.

when the trial runs out I suggest using the GIMP(make sure you get it for windows because it first came out for Linux)

Yeah I know. I never really liked GIMP andI'm not sure why. I just never understood all of the stuff but Photoshop I can figure stuff out easier. I might end up buying the cheapest version of PS that I can.

I used it for a while and it was relitivly the same in my opinion. Just not as many brushes and other features, so if you are stripped for cash as I am, I would suggest getting used to gimp its very nice really.
