When someone signs up they can put an existing member's name in the referral section of the sign-up page and said member will get a +1 referral.

"'cause" is an acceptable answer on infractions from Kester. Also, a list of ingredients to make any sort of delicious cake or pie is perfectly fine.
I always thought referrals to be a bad thing.
Well, it could be in a sense. Refer someone annoying to the forums, and this way we know who to blame.
