Miami just rolled over and gave the Jets the game, 40-13.

The Dolphins are winless through twelve games. The Jets were the last, best hope of a victory for the fish, who now look very much like they're set to be the second winless team in NFL history.

Who knows, they might beat the Bengals...

Well, probably not. Think of it this way, they'll still have one thing over the Patriots. Only team to go undefeated and completely defeated.

Thank you, Miami, for giving a Raiders fan something to smile about.

Apparently I sound a lot like Mitch Hedburg....not sure how to take a comment like that.

Do I sound dead or high?

I will love if the Dolphins and Pats meet with the streaks alive, and the Dolphins win.

Heh, no reason to think the Patriots wouldn't just crack the Lphins in half.

if they go 0-15 wouldn't they also be the first team to have a 15-0 record along with a 0-15 record in their franchise history in the nfl?

I would never bet any amount of money on the Dolphins winning (unless it was like a buck and the odds would result in me losing a dollar or winning a million). I just think it would be the PERFECT thing to happen. Dolphin fans get some happiness out of a horrid season, and I get to laugh at the Pat fans and bandwagoners.

Then again, I'm just all for anything that lets me laugh at the Pats.

I'm not a huge American football fan, but I believe up til this time Miami is the only team to have a perfect season. Now depending on how the schedule goes they could be the first team to have perfect losing and perfect winning seasons before any other team even has a perfect winning season.

That's IF the Pats don't lose, and that's IF the Dolphins don't win.

It is looking possible though.

Well the Pats still have to finish the playoffs before they have a perfect season so the Fins will have both before any other team accomplishes 19-0 (even though the Fins only did 17-0 because of the 14 game reg season).

Literally. Had Bellick any guts, he would have gone for the TD at the end of regulation instead of chickening out with the field goal.

You know the year is bad when fans are complaining the team won a game.

Well, when your season is shot that badly, might as well aim for the dubious honors, no?

Yeah, pretty much. At this point, what difference does it make.

Especially as they're about to get raped in the throat by the Patriots today.
