Maybe a gfx section with a subforum for Sig Of The Week so I can own the noobs up in this ma ^_^ jus playin. But seriously.

Heres what you can do. Ive seen this done in other forums and it worked. Make a thread in the off topic section. Name it RATE THE ABOVE SIG. This will be very popular if everyone wants to do what your talking about.

He means, a place where we can post our latest sigs and artwork, and a place for other people to show off Poems, Gfx and show their creative side and such.

He basically means, make a new forum on the list called Artwork near the off topic forum, so its a place for people to show off their creative side.
