You might want to make the links to the lounges (hl2, bf2, q4) a more visible. (bigger font/more integrated with the site)

This might help boost the activity.

Another thought is to make it so that once you register at any of the sites (GN or the lounges) you're a member of all the forums...

Like they did with HL2world/BF2world/Flamehaus.
