Capital Letters

I've been wondering for a while now, but why are "all capital letter" words blocked?

For example: OMGWTFBBQ!!!, CONGRADUFREAKINLATIONS!!!
^ I wrote these two expressions with all capital letters, but only the starting letter is capitalized.

There's probably a good explanation for this, i just wonder why. It interferes with my mojo.

EDIT: OK, this is really strange, it almost always does the first letter only capitalized thing.:ninja:

Those are in CAPITALS.

Although we have something that stops entire posts being in caps or the first line at least.
